1 avocado

3 red onions (only 1 if you are not going to make picked onions)

6 red potatoes
3 sweet potatoes
Fresh rosemary

1 can of diced tomatoes with green chili
1 can corn (or creamed corn for a thicker chili)
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can black beans
1 can chili beans (no meat)
32 oz carton of chicken broth
1 lb chicken breast
1 lb bone in chicken (legs and thighs work best)
1 package of gyro - I get mine at Trader Joe's (or you can substitute for chicken)
1 bag of shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
Butter (you only need 4 tbs)
Optional: Sour Cream, Humus, Tzatziki
