1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 cup chopped onions
1lb package of ground turkey
1 tbsp minced ginger (fresh or frozen)
3 green onions
Lettuce of your choice (I like butter lettuce)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
Juice from 1 lime (or more!)
Toppings of your choice like cucumber, carrots, green onions, and peanuts!
